Cancellation policy

Please note, we have reserved a specific time for you and will do our best to respect your time to remain on schedule. Late arrival and/or uncompleted paperwork may require rescheduling of your appointment out of courtesy to our other patients and staff.

​​​​​​​Keeping your appointment is extremely important to our business. No-shows, same day cancellations, and late arrivals drive our costs and prices up. These are lost care opportunities for those patients desperately waiting to see Dr. Neff. If you need to cancel, please contacting us at (803) 802-6522 within with a minimum of 24 hour prior to your appointment. NO-SHOWS and cancellations without a 24-hour notice will be assessed a $25 broken appointment charge!
